Since there is a time lag between the date of receipt of an application and the date of opening/ processing an application, my query is as below.
My current IELTS was done in Nov 2012 and expires on Nov 2014, so If I apply by 1 Oct 2014, would the application be considered by CIC from the date of receipt or from the date of opening/ processing the application.
If from the date of receipt by CIC, I think my current IELTS would be sufficient, but in case of the IELTS is considered from the date of opening/ processing the application, assume if in Dec 2014 and that date is considered by CIC, then my application would be rejected. Please clarify the same at the earliest as I am very short if time.
