Do I need to withdraw my current visa application IRCC if I want to apply through Can+ my parents (Venezuela) both have US Visas and they have been in the US a couple of times in the last 10 years

You don't apply through Can+, it's up to the visa office. Latin America applications get routed to Mexico and that visa office is extremely slow. Also the IRCC is dealing with huge backlogs.

Ok. As stated, IRCC will decide if she is processed as CAN+. It doesn’t chance the processing for your baby. Processing will depend where you live.

OCtober 12: review started mine but wife and daughter not showing reviewing

How long usually takes review ?

I( main applicant ) been to USA 5 times and one time canada
