The withdrawal must be processed by CIC before sending the AOR in order to issue the refund.

In my case I submitted my withdraw request on Dec 2 '13 but they charged my credit card on Dec 16. After deducting that fees, I haven't received any file # yet. I don't know why does it take so long as I have to reapply again. What should I do in this situation ?
Does anyone know that how long it takes to withdraw an application ?
I called CIC and one of their representative told me to write an email with your client id and application request but I haven't received any response yet. I don't know this will work or not :'(Konan1982 said:Interestingly, how did you withdraw your appliucation without having AOR? Did officer looked up for youyr name and picked you from the pile?
