Can you upload more document such as Letter of Explanation after submitting Study Permit Extension online?

I need an extra document from school that is not really one of the required documents. But my uni's advisors might take awhile to reply back. So I just wondering if I could submit my study permit extension application online now, and once I got the document from school, I could upload that later?

No there is no way to add/remove anything from a submitted application, you could send it visa webform and hope they consider it.
