Can you still get a common law partner on your IEC visa?

Hi there,
I’m hoping to obtain a second IEC visa through the RO nomination program. Is it still possible to get your common law partner on your IEC visa? I know it was possible in the past, but with all the recent changes I wondered if anyone knew if this is still possible?

It is more difficult. You will need to show that you have a job offer, payslips etc. New changes for Temporary Workers for SOWPs is that your job must be in management/professional designation or in sectors with labour shortages. Apply for your spouse and find out. Don’t apply until you have the IEC with your job letter and payslips.
