Hi,

I have a question I was hoping to get some answers.

1. Can you move to Canada after you have completed the EE and had a job offer? Or you can move only if you get the permanent residency approval?

You can move if you have an approved work permit (which would require a job offer and approved LMIA). Otherwise you have to wait for PR.

Thank You very much! I case I had a job offer and approved LMIA. How long am I allowed to work without a PR status? Or if my PR is declined what happens? Can I still work and apply for a PR again or should I leave the country?

How long you can work in Canada depends on the length of your work permit. You can stay in Canada as long as your work permit is valid.

Your work permit is independent of your PR application. Regardless of what happens with your PR application, you can continue working/living in Canada until your work permit expires (or you can apply to renew it before it expires). Many people have to apply for PR more than once before they succeed.

With your job offer and LMIA, you could move to Canada now, and worry about the PR application later. As a US citizen, you can apply for the work permit at the time you cross the border.
