We are both students at York. Now I heard some people tell me I can apply a work permit to work in Canada ? Please tell me Which Application forms (number) for Canadian spouse who are already inside Canada ? I don't know .... application inside Canada / Application outside Canada ..very confused .

No - you don't qualify for a work permit just because you are married to a Canadian. Whoever told you this must not have a good understanding of Canada's immigration rules.

To qualify for a work permit based on being married to a Canadian, your husband would first have to sponsor you for permanent residency using the inland (within Canada) process. Once your application has first stage approval, you would then qualify to apply for a work permit. First stage approval is currently taking 13 months to complete - so you are still more than a year away from qualifying for a work permit through your husband. Note that it may be faster for your husband to sponsor you using the outland (outside of Canada) process. Although if you apply this way, you won't qualify for a work permit during the process.
