Can you have 2 visas at the same time!?!?!?!

Hello,
I am wondering if you can have 2 visas, such as a study visa and a work permit at the same time?
Or an extended vistor visa as well as a clergy visitor record?
does CIC allow you to have multiple visas?

Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't.

You can hold a study permit and an off campus work permit at the same time. You qualify to apply for an off campus work permit once you have completed six months of full time studies. You must also attend a qualifying school (not all schools qualify for an off campus work permit - e.g. some private colleges do not).

You cannot hold a closed work permit (i.e. work permit based on an LMO) at the same time as a study permit. One cancels out the other (i.e. if you have a closed work permit and then obtain a study permit - this automatically cancels your work permit).

I can't comment on the clergy visitor record.
