Does anyone know if you can hand deliver documents for PR to Vegreville. I am a short distance from there and would feel better know that they actually recieved them.

I'm pretty sure you will have to mail it. Judging by what it says on CIC

"The application package has the address you need for mailing your application to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario (for family members living outside Canada) or CPC in Vegreville, Alberta (for family members living inside Canada)."

I don't know if this helps. I live in Toronto, and the processing center is in Mississauga, which for me is a short drive. So naturally I also enquired about sending my documents in personally. I contacted them directly, and also called the CiC, even asked my lawyer, they all said it had to be mailed in. I'm not sure if Alberta is the same, but I'm sure the process is the same throughout Canada.

Hope that helps
