Can you get H1B if you have got Canadian PR visa

Can somebody get H1B if you have already gotten Canadian PR visa and are ready to travel to Canada for the first time to get PR card issued.

Just to clarify though... having Canadian PR doesn't give you any priority. You'll still have to go through the lottery system that everybody else goes through. Good luck!!
