Can you apply to be a sponsor,then send applicant documents to applicable office

I am done all my sponsorship forms, just waiting on a few things for the applicant forms – record checks, deportation papers, medical exams ... the deportation paper (once we figure out how to get it) apparently takes well over a month ....

Question: Am I able to apply to sponsor my husband, and at a later date send all his forms to Rome? Or must I send everything all at once to Mississauga?

You should definitely wait until you have a complete application before submitting to Mississauga, or risk having the whole thing returned to you!

Wait for all docs and then send complete application...

You could send it but risk it being sent back,or it may go to the visa office,but if it goes to the visa office and they dont see it they will either request it or send it all back.And if they send out a request for it ,it will be over a month before they return to the file so your saving no time by sending it early just a risk of having it sent back.
