I have a friend in the Philippines who I want to get a tourist visa to Canada for and she was told at the Embassy in Philippines that it would be better if I apply for the visa for her here in Canada. She would mail me copies of all documents required. I looked at the application online and I have a few questions
1. First, is it possible, isn't her signature needed?
2. Application asks country where you are applying from. I assume i would say Canada, but does the answer of approval or denial get mailed to me in Canada or to her in the Phillipines?
3. I will be using a Letter Of Invitation. I can just include that without having to mail it to her?
