Can you apply for different programs same time?

For example for Quebec and Ontario program at the same time.

You can, there are no rules against it. However, if each finds out you are applying for the other, they may not take your application seriously as each program requires that you settle in their province and it's not like you can live in both of them.

I am not planing in doing that as i am accepted on H&C grounds but it was a idea that crossed my mind.
