Can you apply for CEC after 3+ yrs?

Hi all,
For those who read my last topic I'm in a very bad shape. I don't think I'll apply for CEC now because most likely I'll get refused again. My question now is: If I work for 12 months full time in a eligible NOC, can I still apply under CEC? I'm not sure if CEC is applicable only after your 1st or 2nd yr of PGWP? My PGWP is 3 yrs, now coming to expiry date. If I renew my work permit with a new employer under an eligible NOC providing a LMO and work for a yr, can I still apply under CEC or Federal Skill worker????

As long as you graduated from a program of at least 2 yrs and have 1 yr of full-time work experience you can apply under CEC.

once your file returned to buffalo- and ecas is updated with the 3 lines, app received, we started processing and meds received. generally, how long does it take to receive ppr after this?

So far on the forum it seems to be a few weeks. Just stay positive and check your email regularly.
