My father currently has employer specific work permit, and he wants my mother to apply for her visitor visa, I have checked the eligibility tool from the official Canada's website for my mother and it gave me the list of documents for her visitor visa application, however, the list included the invitation letter, which is my main topic, Is it possible for a person who is only on work permit to give the invitation letter for his wife?
