Just had a question, can I work after reapplying for pgwp? Also, I have submitted an application of study permit restoration (to study if pgwp is refused again).

can I work given I have applied for pgwp and study permit restoration?

If your initial PGWP is refused, you may not work as defined in IRPA.

OP applied while out of status, so they do not have Implied Status and cannot work.
