HI SENIOR MEMBERS,
DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASONS MY FRIEND WANTS TO WITHDRAW HER INITIAL APPLICATION,FOR WHICH SHE GOT HER FIRST AOR AND NOW HER 120 DAYS LIMIT WILL END WITHIN 17 DAYS.
SO WHAT IS THE TOTAL PROCEDURE TO INFORM CIC EARLIER FOR TOTAL REFUND.?
SUGGESSTIONS AND GUIDANCE PLEASE.....

In the letter where the Canadian authority has given u 120 days it might be clearly written that, If u dont wish to proceed further u may withdraw your application without submitting the documents and take refund of money. Otherwise they will take a final decision. The decision will be made after 120 days. Now to withdraw money do the following thing...

Just write a letter mentioning the reason of withdrawal of application and requesting refund of money to the authority signed by the principal applicant ( as original sign) and send it through courier as early as possible (before 120 days end).E-mail will not work in case of refund.

They will send u a check within a couple of days .
