Can we travel with closed working visa and open working visa

Hi @legalfalcon , many thanks for every reply, very helpful , I am waiting for COPR while have already got closed working visa-my spouse, open working visa- me, can we plan to travel to Canada in Mar 2021 only with temporary visa?do we need authorization letter before traveling.? If yes, how to apply authorization letter? Appreciated!
