We are expecting our PR by sept-oct of this year. Can we persue higher studies in Canada after getting PR ? Please let me know.

Yes, with a PR, you have almost all the rights of a citizen except you can not vote and you can not be outside Canada more than 3 years in every 5.

That means as a PR, you can live anywhere in Canada, you can study at any university where you are accepted and can pay the tuition, you can get student loans and you can apply for any job except a few government jobs where citizens have priority.

Suppose the course is Master in Computer Science and Engineering, the course fees will be

$ 15,000/- for students from outside Canada/ Foreigners
$ 5,000/- for Canadian Citizens and Permanent Resident Candidates.
