Greetings to all of you!
Been looking for an answer about this question for quite a while now, but to no avail.
Since one of our main goal is to reduce the amount of processing time as much as possible, is it possible for us to upload a document in EE profile after getting ITA, even if CIC didn't ask for it?

The reason why I'm asking this is because, I have accumulated 168 days (less than 6 months) spent in the United States in the past 10 years cumulatively (not in a row), so the system will not automatically ask me for a PCC from the US. But since I know CIC officers have discretion to ask for any additional document they feel may be relevant, and because it's the US, I'm 99.9% sure they'll ask for it later down the road after accepting ITA.

So my question is: Can I give it to them before they ask for it to make up for some time, or is that useless or not feasible? I indeed have my FBI PCC ready.

Would really appreciate your advice.
THANKS!

Hi again ContactFront!
I'm sorry I have a question unrelated to the topic here, but wanted to ping you directly for some advice regarding the reference letter.

See, I'm currently holding a position since July 2015, and another previous one from December 2011 till July 2015.
The CIC website clearly states one should include "all positions held while employed at the company".
Thing is, I'm not claiming points for this past position because I can't provide the proper paperwork for it (contract formalised only till July '15).

So my question is, do I need to include this past position and dates in the reference letter? If so, do I also need to mention responsibilities and duties for that position as well, or just the current position for which I'm claiming points?

Would really love your advice, I'm kinda of confused about this.
Thanks a lot!
