Hi everyone,
My university does not issue transcripts in English.
Can I send the notarized translated transcripts? It will not be in university envelop though. Is the envelop really important?
Please advise.

request university to send in english and it shud be in uni sealed envelop

If your univ. is not giving you transcripts in english language...hire advocate...get things translated...get it notarized...and also send one original copy...

Yes you can do this with notarized translation, the envelop is not important at all.
I was in the same situation and didn't have any problems after that.
So the authorized copies are OK only your police sertificates has to be in original.
