I just want to ask if I can leave Canada while my Spousal PR application is in process. Please let me know so that I can plan things accordingly.
Is it an inland or Outland application? Are you the sponsor or the applicant? How long are you planning to leave for?

It is inland as I am on my work permit and my husband is a permanent resident.
You can leave however it is recommended you keep your trip to a few weeks (vs. a few months).
I assume you have a valid TRV?
Yes, the trip is for 15 days to a month only. Yes, I do have a valid TRV.
I don't see any issues with that.
