Can we extend LMO ?

Can we extend the LMO expire date? can they give us fewmore time to apply for Visa.?

No - you can't extend an LMO. The employer will have to apply for a new LMO.

No - you can't. The LMO must be valid when you submit the work permit application.

But my consultant said if you want to re- apply then you can apply with same documents!! Is that right??

You can re-apply with the same documents - but the LMO must be valid. If the LMO is not valid at the time you apply, then you'll be automatically refused.

If LMO is still valid a person can reapply. If it has expired then you can only reapply with a new LMO
