I have relatives in Canada and can easily get Visitor visa with their help. My query is can I convert my visitor visa to work permit if I get a Job of my field in Canada?

If yes, then please share the procedure and your experience with the same.

The short answer is that it will be extremely difficult.

A job offer isn't enough to apply for a work permit. Your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA. The LMIA process typically takes around 4-6 months to complete and costs your employer quite a bit of money (including a $1,000 fee). The process first requires your employer to advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. And there's also no guarantee the LMIA will be approved. If your employer should have reasonably been able to find a Canadian for the job, you should expect the LMIA to be refused.

Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
