I booked an appointment with passport office for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) 2 weeks back. Following week, verification by police was done at my residence and clear report has been sent to passport office.
Now I need to visit the passport office to collect my PCC report.
Do we need to book an appointment with passport office to collect PCC report?
Or can we simply go to the passport office (without booking any appointment) once we have received a message that our PCC is ready?
