can we change EE profile?

Hi,need your suggestion please. say i have my EE profile submitted but no ITA yet. can I change/remove one of my old work histories if I believe it does not add a value/score anyway? Or, it will be reflected as Mis-representation?
Another question. say, i receive ITA in a few weeks asking to submit all employment records. If i cannot submit exact letter for one or 2 companies for whatever they are asking, will it be excluded from my profile/scores and they calculate total experience (need not be continuous) or they consider as mis-representation?

no don't change your profile otherwise they will send you in Jail (sorry for bad joke)

Of Course dude, you can change anytime you want before ITA. and it's always better NOT to include work history which is not adding any point in work history, so you don't need to provide any letter for those. Just add those work in personal history once you get ITA.

Post ITA reference letter has to match IRCC requirement, if it's not then your application will be rejected/ retruned as incomplete. I don't think that's misrepresentation because you did work there and you have proof of employment, it's just you don't have reference letter as per required format.

one more quest
so, is it enough to just show 10 yrs total experience though not in continuous. Right? i mean it will be like scattered with an year gap max in between or a few months or so.

Yes past 10 years in fine. but you don't need show all experience under work history, only the experience you are claiming points for.
