Can we Change EE profile after NOI from OINP

Hi everyone
I have a few questions regarding NOI from OINP

- Can my Tourist Visa details mentioned and thereafter rejection make an impact on nomination from Ontario.
- IF I can edit/update any changes in EE profile after NOI from Ontario, as I have mistakenly swapped the job title in my 2 different jobs.
- Cousin brothers are included in ties to ONTARIO.
