Can We Arrive Before with college classes IF yes then how early!!

I wrote an email to the course incharge stating I m intersted for the orientation but ll not be able to attend as i havnt revbd visa.
I clearly wrote that I havnt expected orientation would b so early.

Reply from COllege:: They are organising webnar via skype tomorrow,
9th july for the students who are not able to attend

@Lucifer. Yeah you must arrive before the orientation program as on that day you"ll be picking up your courses and selecting the appropriate timings acc. to yourslf. and you have to arrange for your accommodation and all landing on same day would not be a good idea.
