Can we apply for a PNP stream while your case is being processed by an EE FSW ?

Hello,

I don't want to afford any risks so I started thinking about this in order to multiply my chances to get the PPR soon, as some PNP streams take less than 3 months while my EE case is still pending for more than 160 days now ..

better to apply and wait for both
