Can we add a family person to sponsor on top of number of persons mentioned in Interest to Sponsor

Hello,

Need your urgent advise if it is okay to add a grandparent to the sponsorship application for my parents if I had originally expressed interest to sponsor only parents in the Interest to Sponsor Parents and Grandparents form for 2018. My family circumstances have changed since getting selected to submit Parents Sponsorship application and am in limbo if I can add my grandparent to the application now without risking processing of my parents sponsorship application. Please advise
