Can + visa process clarification

I am indian holding valid Canadian tourist visa since 2014 and going to expire by September 2023 end. I have visited 3 times to Canada to visit my sister. Never over stayed. I also hold valid USA B1/B2 visa.

When I got this visa I was working and living in India but since last couple of years I moved to mexico and working in mexico. i hold mexican PR now.

I was trying to apply under can + visa but when I am trying to loging with my GC key and try to fill form I am not getting question " have you travelled or hold canada visa ? " so when I complete the forms it's asking to submit all normal documents as first timer.. how do I apply for can + visa so I can save time and don't have to submit so many documents.. also when I got my tourist visa in indian that time biometrics where not mandatory so I think I will have to do that as well .... but main question is how to apply under can + pls

Can+ is not a separate program, when you answer the question "do you have a valid USA visa" to yes. the system mark your application to be as CAN+.

In practice, I didnt see any difference in processing of CAN+ vs regular applications. Neither in processing time, nor in outcome.

Use the new portal to apply. It will amend list of documents to be uploaded based on your current visa status in USA and past visits to Canada.
