we need more info about you, to get a better and a bit precise answers (are u a foreign student in UK? which program do u plan to study? etc etc)...

but, of course you can always come to canada and continue your studies...

You can transfer your credit hours from a UK university to Canadian University.

First, you need to look for Canadian Universities, and talk to their admission department about possibility of credit transfer.
