To make it more convenient for my employer I decided to prepare the entire letter myself, in accordance to the template sent by my Immigration Consultant, and I have passed it to my direct supervisor to be signed and stamped by him and printed on official organisational paper.
I was just wondering if this is considered an unacceptable practice or "self-serving" even though the information is verified and true. Is it recommended that I declare this fact in a letter of explanation?
