Can the medical result be used twice?

Hi, I have medical before getting. At 456 points I was expecting ITA soon but that did not happen. Now I have to apply to extend my work permit since my status expires soon.

While applying for work permit, there is a question if I have done medical before. I am a software engineer and my profession does not require medical test. Should I answer this question yes no. If I say no, is it misrepresentation? If I say yes, it is asking for medical document.

I am inclining towards Yes. But my question is, if I say yes now, can I use the same medical result for PR when I get ITA?

You should say yes to the medical exam and submit the document. There's absolutely nothing wrong with using the same medical exam twice. As far as I can remember, they ask if you've had your medical exam done by CIC panel doctor in the past 12 months?

I've done my upfront medical as part of Express Entry.

I already had an application going under PNP. When they asked for my medical exam, I've sent them doctor's info sheet which I used for my EE application, and they accepted it.

So the answer is yes.

Just curious how are you applying for a work permit extension without ITA. Are you on a PGWP?

I am on CWP on NOC A job. The questions was actually for my spouse who will be applying OWP extension based on my CWP.
