Can Spouse Convert From Student/work visa to PR status?

My Spouse is planning on entering Canada on a student/work Visa. Can I sponsor her from this status dual PR status?

If you're a Canadian citizen, you can sponsor her whenever you like. If you're a Canadian PR, you can sponsor her whenever you're in Canada.

She doesn't do any 'conversion', although I'm not sure what you're using that to mean. You have to sponsor her.

If she has an offer at a university course and qualifies for a study permit, she can enter on a study permit. If she can get a labour market impact assessment, or a work permit that doesn't require one, she can apply for a work permit and see if it's approved - if it is, she can enter on a work permit. But this has no relation to the fact that you can sponsor her anytime if you are a Canadian citizen, and whenever you are in Canada if you are a PR.
