This is from one of my friends.
He and his family has their Express Entry application in progress. His wife along with the kid went to India. Now they would like to come back to Canada. But they don't have a visa. So they are planning to apply for a dependent visa. He is currently on a WP in Canada.
So the question is can the dependent visa be applied and is there a chance to get it approved so that they can travel to Canada though the Express Entry application is in progress?
