Can someone take the medicals in another country?1

Hi all

Can someone (principal applicant) take the medical exams in another country? To explain!!
A friend of mine here in Greece in order to do his exams he has to travel to the physicians in Athens more than 500klm where in our neighboring Republic of Macedonia the doctors are only half the distance plus the cost is exactly the half of what it would cost here.
Anyone had a similar experience?
I would appreciate any input!

That's fine as long as they send it to the right VO. My husband is from the US and got his medicals done here in Canada.
