Can someone please share CIT 0007 E: Document checklist?

I am unable to access this file even though I updated adobe reader:
1) I tried chrome, safari and private browsing
2) Restarted computer, but nothing seems to work.

I am presented with the error:
Please wait...

If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your pdf viewer may not be able to display this type of document.

It is much like the process to use form CIT 0002. You need to download the pdf and view it in Adobe Acrobat

Download file to computer and open from inside computer does this work?

i believe on mac you can also click the control key and click on the link and then select "Download linked file as"
