Request for copy of valid passport : 15 May 2014
Passport scans sent 19 May
Medical Request: 16 May, 2014
Medical Sent June 1
RPFR Requested June 2
RPFR SENT JUNE 4
Request for copy of valid passport: June 17 ( my old passport was expiring and this time i had new passport and i sent them copies of both old and new)
Passport scans sent: July 2.

so far no updates
I have tried contacting them twice but no reply .
Do i need to do anything?

Everything seems OK from your end. Just wait for the next step from CIC. The process is running at a snail pace for everyone. Don't worry.

most recent information shows that 80% of CEC applications were processed within 13 months. You're not even 1 year yet - so CIC will not respond.

If you need to do something while you wait, tou can always request your GCMS notes...
