So I'm getting ready to mail the complete package by next month and with all these papers, I'm getting myself slightly confused. Just to be sure, can someone please tell me this is all that needs to be filled out/paid for (we have no kids, no additional dependants, no representives, etc.; just me trying to sponsor my husband)...

PART 2: IMMIGRATION FORMS

• Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]
• Schedule A - Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
• Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
• Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire [IMM 5490]

FEES:

• Sponsorship application - $75
• Principal applicant - $475
• Right of Permanent Residence Fee - $490

don't forget IMM5491 the check list. you need to send that in as well. Make sure you have everything on the list that is applicable.
