Can somebody tell me how i can add my name jn spreadsheet and able to know wats going on with my file.. i filled my application in oct9 2014.. it been a 16 months now.. no remedical call yet...can somebody help me.for this

You'll need to provide a lot more information. What kind of application did you submit? Spousal sponsorship? Inland? Outland? Which visa office?
