Your course duration does not matter. You can easily move from any post-secondary studies to any other post-secondary studies (as applicable in your case)

1. Diploma post high school comes under Post-Secondary level, so as PG Diploma.

2. If you are asking me if it’s possible to move from Degree-to-Diploma (post high school), may be it works (at least by reading the rule)

Last time I checked from admission department, they are not accepting international students in master certificate courses so thats why I opted for Master Degree, but I am planning to retry once I am in UoR.

By the way please explain, how you guys put your case? E.G bank statement, academics and stuff.
