Can self harm scars on the arms be a problem during medical examination for student visa?

I am from India and I am planning on going to Canada for my masters in September 2024 and am worried about self harm scars on my arms and legs and if that'll be a problem during my medical examination. Also will it be a problem for passing the examination?
