Can SBI employee apply for CANADA PR

Hi I am working in SBI as Deputy manager, I am planning to apply for CANADA express entry PR.
What are precaution i should take care also what additional docs i required compared to others.
Also reference letter is mandatory ?

No difference to a regular PR application, no additional documents are required. Find the appropriate NOC and apply. Reference letter is mandatory if you are claiming points for foreign work experience. Workarounds to reference letter is not advisable as it will slow down the PR process.

you can apply like any other applicant. Reference letter is an important document and part of the application

Reference letter requires that I intimate my hr manager. Can I submit an affidavit instead and will my management come to know about it later?
