Recently there were a lot of cessation cases to PR-Refugees who travelled back home using their home passports. My question is Can the refugees who became Canadian citizens and obtained their Canadian passports to travel back home with their new passports without fearing potential problems or their citizenship being stripped?

Yes, once you are a citizen you are fine. The only thing to be aware of is that if you run into any issues in your home county, Canada may not be able to help you.
