In canada protacted person . PR in process. .. Can i go study or learn a skill job ?
I left my homeland school during the War and i didnt finish a high school. ?!!

Yes Dan, you are eligible to study in Canada. If you are wanting to complete a program that is six months or longer, you will need to apply for a study permit. For courses less than six months, no study permit is needed.
