CAN+ program

Hello everyone, I submitted an application online for a tourist visa on April 14th. I'm an Indian citizen and have been studying in the US for 1.5 years now. In my application, I have supplied my US visa and entry/exit stamps. I have also studied in Canada for 3 months briefly before transferring to a school in the US. So, I have also included my student visa's UIC number in my application.

Will this be considered a CAN+ application?

It may/may not get processed as a CAN+ application. That's for the visa office to decide especially as you did not specifically indicate that you're applying under CAN+

For future reference, where should I indicate that I'm applying under CAN+?

You can state that you're applying under CAN+ in the cover letter/letter of explanation
