Can previous C.S.Q still be used for new application?

When applying for new spousal sponsorship can we use the previous CSQ( still valid until the end of this year ) we acquired through the previous conjugal sponsorship application that was rejected. ?

Doubt it but call IRCC or quebec govt if you want to try. Personally I'd guess not worth the effort.
