If you receive medical request does that mean that technically your PR wont be rejected ofcourse considering you will pass medically as well.

Has anyone encountered situation of PR getting rejected even after getting medical request?

On what grounds?

MR does not mean Eligibility passed. It's parallel activity .
BUT
RPRF asked only when eligibility passed

Medical means you are in good shape your eligibility may or may not have passed , RPRF request assures it .

Yes conclusion is it can be rejected .

^Someone said it here in the forum: until you get stamped in/landed as a PR, then manage your excitement and expectations.
Each of those items (MR, RPRF, additional docs, etc) are stages that gets you nearer your goal of becoming a PR.
