Can PR and Visitor pass the same entrance when entering Can Border

I am PR and returning Canada with my father and son. They both hold visitor visas. Since they are not good at English, can we go to the same CBSA officer when entering Canadian border at Vancouver airport? There are some details about our isolation plan that I am afraid they can not communicate with the officer.
